fiqih (thaharah)

The items included unclean.

1. Terrestrial animal carcass-blood other than human bodies.

The dead marine animals and terrestrial animals that do not bleed when the time of his life like locusts and human corpses, all sacred. Word of Allah. : Forbidden to you (for food) are dead. "(Al-Maidah: 3). The dead fish and land animals that do not bleed as well as the human body, not included in the carcass of a general sense in the verse because there is another explanation. Part of the carcass, such as meat, skin, bones, feathers, muscle and fat, they are unclean according to the Shafi'i school of thought .. Meanwhile, according to the Hanafi school, which contains only the unclean spirit (the parts that animate) just like the meat and skin. The parts of bones, nails, horns and feathers, all sacred. So were the parts that do not animate the dogs and pigs were not unclean.

Evidence both schools are: the first school to take the argument from the general meaning of the carcass in the verse, because the section is composed of those parts. The second school of thought argued that the hadith Maimunah: Word Apostle Saw.: "Truly is unlawful to eat it." In other reports which confirmed that the haran is "meat" (hadith expert Jamaaah History).

This second school of thought that says the carcass is the parts that had been containing the spirit.

The proposition that the human body is sacred is the word of Allah Most High (Al-Isra: 70); "And We have indeed honored the children of Adam (humans)." Therefore, bidding us to bathe the body is a sign that the human body is not unclean, there is only exposed to unclean kemunkinan so we told to bathe him.

2. Blood

All kinds of impure blood in addition to liver and spleen. The Word of God (al-Maidah: 3): "Forbidden to you (for food) are carrion and blood, and pork." Word Prophet saw.: "It is lawful for us two dead and two kinds of blood: fish and locust, the liver and spleen . "

3. Pus.

All kinds of pus was unclean, both the thick and the liquid. Because it is blood and pus that was rotten.

4. Any liquid that comes out of two doors (where urinate and defecate where). All are unclean other than semen, used as abik yan urine feces atupun unusual water as mazi (liquid coming out of the male genitalia when there is a little lust), both animals that eat or not eat.

From Ali Ra. (the fourth Caliph) he said, "I often go out while I am ashamed mazi ask the Prophet. So I ordered Miqdad asked. Miqdad then asked him. He replied, 'He must wash his penis and berwudlu. "(Muslim)

All the sacred animals except dogs and pigs

Word Apostle Saw; "How to wash the vessel when someone from your dog lick, should be washed seven times, one of which must be mixed with the soil." (Muslim)

7. Animal body parts taken from his body while alive.

It is like carcasses. Meaning kalo unclean corpse, which he cut so it was unclean as pigs or goats. Kalo sacred corpse was cut when his life was too sacred as taken from live fish. Excluded fur animals eat the sacred law. The Word of God (AnNahl; 80); "And (made him too) from wool, camel hair and goat hair, tools household."
